For our founder, it was a day of profound clarity. The very next day, he stepped into his role as a stockbroker, realizing that true financial planning and wealth creation transcend numbers, charts, and complex structures; they touch the lives of the people at the center of those plans. This revelation laid the foundation for Convergence Wealth Partners. Since then, our mission has been simple and clear: cut through the noise and complexity that often cloud financial decisions.     John Gardner’s journey from the rugged landscapes of an Arizona company owned mining town to the national stage is a powerful story of resilience, vision, and financial acumen. His career began with an extraordinary twist of fate: he stepped into the brokerage world on October 20, 1987, just one day after the most dramatic single-day market crash in history. This baptism by fire forged his understanding that finance isn’t just about numbers; it’s the means to achieve dreams, fund educations, and secure retirements.

    That tumultuous moment defined John’s mission: to guide and protect clients as they navigate the sometimes-turbulent waters of their financial journeys. His approach is distinctly human, blending deep psychological insight with sound financial strategy. He understands that emotions—not algorithms—often drive market decisions, a realization that sets him apart in a crowded field.

    Over the years, John has shared his wisdom through a variety of avenues: captivating educational workshops, personalized consultations, and dynamic wealth-building sessions. His ability to blend storytelling with strategic lessons in wealth management makes him a sought-after  fiduciary advisor and speaker among corporate leaders, educators, families, and individuals alike.     What amplifies his effectiveness is a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Behavioral Psychology, as well as certifications such as CFEP and IRMAA. From the days when he was a self-taught 21-year-old stockbroker to his current role as Founder and Sr Wealth Architect, John’s career has been defined by empowering others to navigate their finances with confidence and integrity.

    John’s workshops have a special resonance for those in life transitions, offering both practical strategies and meaningful inspiration. He remains steadfast in his mission to align clients’ values with their wealth, enabling them to make informed choices and live life on their terms.

Under the mentorship of John, Rob is expanding his expertise and preparing to take on a sub-advisory role, deepening the level of service he provides.
